He was born in America and had the opportunity to see Diyarbekir\, where his descendants live\, on the occasion of the concert he had with Kardes Turkuler years ago. His father\, sound master Onnik Dinkjian\, was also with them. When I asked Ara\, who was born in America\, how he composed compositions that smelled Anatolia and Mesopotamia\, despite living so far from his homeland\, he said\, “I create it by imagining my father’s voice.”\nWe are very happy to share the stage with the humble great master\, this time with Bajar. \nAbout Bajar \nBlending and bringing together Middle Eastern musical traditions and folk & rock patterns\, Bajar puts hybridity\, which is the concomitant of encounters in metropolitan life\, at the center of his works.
